Cette op\u00e9ration, ayant re\u00e7u le 03 octobre 2022 le visa de la Commission du March\u00e9 Financier de l\u2019Afrique Centrale (COSUMAF) sous les r\u00e9f\u00e9rences COSUMAF-APE-03\/22, sera suivie de la cotation des titres \u00e9mis \u00e0 la Bourse des Valeurs Mobili\u00e8res de l\u2019Afrique Centrale (BVMAC).<\/p>\n<p>Les principales caract\u00e9ristiques de cette op\u00e9ration sont
