These funds invest primarily excluding UCITS securities and securities lending operations in short-term bond issues offered through public offerings or private placements, treasury bonds, and short-term government-backed debt instruments within the CEMAC region. The remaining assets are held in cash or bank deposits.
Designed to offer investors the best possible returns, these funds select investment vehicles through in-depth analysis to generate solid medium-term performance while minimizing risk. The fund’s portfolio is composed in accordance with COSUMAF regulations and includes cash, negotiable debt securities, and government bonds issued within the CEMAC region.
This fund’s investment universe includes equities, subscription rights, investment certificates, negotiable debt securities, bonds, UCITS units, mutual debt fund securities, term deposits, and bank placements. It may also engage in securities lending and repurchase (repo) agreements to optimize returns.
The fund is permanently invested at least 60% in equities and related instruments (subscription or allocation rights) listed or admitted for trading on the BVMAC (Central African Stock Exchange), or, with prior COSUMAF approval, on another regulated stock exchange.
